口腔颌面部间隙感染合并糖尿病的病例研究

摘　　要：目的分析口腔颌面部间隙感染及合并糖尿病患者的临床资料,探讨其治疗方法,为口腔颌面部间隙感染的预防、诊断及诊治提供临床参考。方法选取我院口腔科住院治疗的患者53例,其中合并糖尿病者16例。研究内容有一般资料、感染病因、发病特点、实验室检查及治疗结果。结果口腔颌面部间隙感染患者中合并糖尿病者与非合并者比较,前者住院时间更长、受累间隙及并发症更多,严重者可能导致死亡。37例非合并糖尿病患者全部治愈;合并糖尿病患者治愈12例,后期放弃治疗出院4例。结论口腔颌面部间隙感染一旦发生,给予足量、有效敏感抗生素治疗,并及时切开引流即可控制病情发展,而对于糖尿病患者来说严格控制血糖至关重要。Objective To analyze the cases of oral and maxillofacial space infection complicated with diabetes mellitus,explore its treatment methods,provide a clinical reference for the prevention,diagnosis and treatment. Methods 53 patients were identified out of which 16 were diabetes. The study included the general information,infection etiology,characteristics of disease,laboratory examination and therapeutic results. Results Compared with patients absent of diabetes,oral and maxillofacial space infection in diabetes patients had longer hospital stay,more involved space infection and complications,even though could cause death when the condition deteriorated. All patients without diabetes were cured;however,12 cases complicated with diabetes were cured,and 4 patients were abandoned or left hospital voluntarily. Conclusion Giving adequate,effective and sensitive antibiotic treatment,and timely incision and drainage can control the development of the disease when maxillofacial space infection occures,however,it's essential for patients with diabetes to strictly control blood sugar.
