摘　　要：目的探讨食管乳头状瘤(EP)的临床内镜特点,并加强对该病的诊疗认识。方法回顾性分析106例EP患者的临床内镜检查治疗资料。结果 EP的临床表现无特异性,内镜下病变主要位于中下段,治疗后99例患者随访未见复发。结论 EP为一种良性肿瘤,内镜下治疗效果良好,黏膜慢性炎症在EP发病中起一定作用,人类乳头状病毒(HPV)感染与EP的发病关系尚待研究。Objective To discuss the clinical endoscopic features of esophageal papilloma( EP) ,and strengthen the understanding of the diagnosis of the disease . Methods To analyze retrospectively the gastroscopic treatment data of 106 cases of Ep patients. Result Clinical manifestation of Ep is unspecific and endoscopic lesions mainly locate in the middle section. 99 patients are followed up no recurrence after treatment. Conclusion EP is a benign tumor,the effect of Gastroscope Treatment is good,mucosal chronic inflammation plays a part in the incidence of EP,and the relationship between human papilloma virus( HPV)infection and the incidence of EP needs more research.
