“专业——产业链”视域下高职人才培养模式研究

摘　　要：分析了当前浙江当前高职专业布局情况,以工商管理类专业和现代服务业为例,在厘清"专业——产业链"运行机制基础上,按照"1+N"模式进行了专业群的构建;基于工作过程和核心岗位构建了"素质教育+专业平台+岗位方向"的专业群课程体系。适时设计、调整专业数量和专业方向,可以有效地提高专业群的市场适应能力,有利于形成各具特色的人才培养模式,为最终培养出适应时代要求的技术技能型人才打下基础。Current specialty layout situation of Zhejiang higher vocational colleges is analyzed with a case analysis of the specialty of business administration and modern service industry, and specialty groups are established based on the mode of 1+N. Also curriculum system of different specialty groups with the mode of“quality education + specialty platform + occupational direction”is built based on the course of working and core post. Timely design and adjustment the quantity of specialties and its direction can improve the adaptive ability to market of specialty groups effectively, and it will be beneficial to form characteristics of talent training mode to establish a good base for skilled talents to meet the requirements of the time.
