微课在肝胆外科护理中的应用体会

摘　　要：临床带教是护理专业教学的重要组成部分,其主要是应用科学化、标准化的方法引导护生构建临床实践思维,将理论知识和临床技能有机结合,目的是培养适应社会发展的护理工作者。微课教学法作为一种新型的教学模式,能有效提高课堂学习质量,提高护生消化吸收能力,可应用于临床护理带教。Clinical teaching is an important part of nursing teaching,which is the application of scientific methods to guide the construction and standardization of the clinical practice of nursing students thinking,theoretical knowledge and clinical skills combine to training to adapt to the social development of nursing workers.As a new teaching mode,micro teaching method can effectively improve the quality of classroom learning,improve the ability of nursing students to digest and absorb,and can be used in clinical nursing teaching.
