摘　　要：本文以广西大学化学工程与工艺专业"卓越班"为例,探讨其如何依托资源,利用优势,以"大学生创新创业训练项目"为载体培养工科学生的创新精神和创业能力,达到国家卓越工程师的培养目的。通过讨论"卓越计划"专业学生依托重点实验室和虚拟仿真平台开展创新实验,培育创新精神,利用"校企合作"加强实践锻炼提升创业能力,以期为大学生创新创业提供借鉴和参考。Taking Guangxi university chemical engineering and technology"Outstanding Class"as an example,todiscuss its for chemical engineering and technology education"outstanding engineers training plan",how rely on resources,use advantage and take"College students'innovative entrepreneurial training project"as the carrier to cultivatethe innovative spirit and ability of engineering students to achieve the cultivation of the national great engineer.By discussingthe"excellence initiative"professional students rely on key laboratory to carry out the innovation experimentcultivating innovation spirit,use"The school and enterprise cooperation"to strengthen the practice ability,in order toprovide reference for the college students'innovative undertaking.
