摘　　要：本文结合农林专业特点和行业发展要求,主要探索农科教结合、产学研协同卓越农林人才培养模式和运行机制,推进创新创业人才的培养来适应市场对人才的需求。In this paper,combining with the characteristics of agriculture and forestry professional and industry development,mainly explore integrate agriculture,collaborative excellence of production,study and training mode and operationmechanismof agriculture and forestry,promote the cultivation of the innovative entrepreneurial talent,to adapt tothe market demand for talents.
