农村义务教育投资农民感知价值的影响因素及其评价研究

摘　　要：采用天津市507位农民对农村义务教育投资评价的调查数据,对农村义务教育农民感知价值进行了实证分析,以此评价农村义务教育投资的效果。研究结果表明,整体上农民对义务教育投资的感知价值相对较高,其中农民对学杂费免除的感知价值最高。农民对图书室、实验设备和教师进修/培训的感知价值低于理论均值,成为农民感知价值降低的原因。本研究可为农村义务教育投资决策提供参考依据。This paper adopted the researching data of507rural residents on the evaluation of the country's compulsory education investment in Tianjin to analyze the peasant perceived value(PPV)of the country's compulsory education investment in order to evaluate its effect.Research results showed that:the PPV to the country's compulsory education investment is higher overall.The highest perceived value is the deduction of tuition and fees.The perceived value on reading room,experimental equipment and teachers'advanced study/training is lower than the theoretical mean value,which led the PPV decreased.This paper can provide a reference basis for the decision of investing to the country's compulsory education.
