摘　　要："卓越工程师教育培养计划"是我国教育教学改革中的一项重要举措,该计划对青年教师的实践教学能力提出了严峻的挑战。在分析当前高校青年教师实践教学能力存在问题的基础上,根据"卓越工程师教育计划"的要求,提出了卓越计划背景下提高青年教师实践教学能力的办法和措施,并进行了初步的实践尝试。"Excellence Engineering Education program"is an important measure in the education reform of our country,the program posed a severe challenge to the practical teaching ability of young teachers.By anglicizing the problem existed in the practical teaching ability of young teachers,according to the requirements of the"excellent engineer education program",the article proposed methods and measures about enhance the practical teaching ability of young teachers under background of excellent engineer education program,and has carried on the preliminary practice attempt.
