实习医师在临床工作中的现状分析及对策

摘　　要：临床实习是医学院校学生培养的重要内容。实习生在一年的临床实习工作中,不断把理论和实践结合,掌握各种临床技能,为今后成为一名合格的临床工作者奠定基础。近年来,随着医学院校招生"扩容",医学毕业生的就业压力随之增加,许多实习生把就业、考研当作最重要的目标,导致临床实习质量受到极大影响。当前,医学教学改革迫在眉睫,保证和提高临床实习质量的呼声越来越高。本文将当前临床实习中存在的一些问题归纳如下,以及探讨如何发挥实习生在临床工作中的"医师"角色。Clinical practice is an important content of students'education of medical colleges.In order to become a qualified clinical workers,the intern will combine theory and practice constantly,master a variety of clinical skills in a year of clinical practice.However,with the expansion of enrollment scale in medical colleges in recent years,medical students'employment pressure increases.Now,employment and postgraduate entrance examination has become the most important goal in many students'practice stage,which greatly affects the quality of clinical practice.How to guarantee and improve the quality of clinical practice has become one of the important research topics in deepening the reform of medical education.In this paper,some problems existing in the current clinical practice and how to play the role of the"physician"in clinical practice are discussed.
