摘　　要：针对档案学本科课程设置中存在的顶层设计主体错位、课程内容特色不明、实践教学分量不足、课程顺序头轻脚重等问题,借鉴"人本主义课程论"的合理因素,结合调研数据和实证案例,提出针对性优化建议,以利于档案学本科教育的规范化、特色化发展。In view of problems existing in undergraduate curriculum of archival science,such as dislocation of top-level design,unknown content of course content,lack of practical teaching,imbalance of curriculum order,etc.,drawing on reasonable factors of"Humanistic Curriculum Theory",combining with research data and empirical cases,proposing targeted optimization recommendations,in order to facilitate standardization and specialization development of archival science undergraduate education.
