摘　　要：近年来,随着饮食习惯和生活节奏的改变,结直肠癌的发病率逐年升高。此外由于结直肠癌病程较长、瘤体较大导致约10~30%的结直肠癌患者可出现肠梗阻症状,其中绝大部分患者梗阻部位位于左半结肠或直肠。然而,左半结肠癌并发肠梗阻的治疗方式仍存在分歧,本文将回顾左半结肠癌梗阻的外科治疗方法,总结左半结肠癌梗阻的治疗策略演变。Recently,the morbidity of colorectal cancer has been growing gradually owing to thechange of dietary and living habit.Because of the long course of disease and huge tumor,about10~30%colorectal cancer had bowel obstruction,which mostly happened to left colon or rectum.However,thetreatments of left colon cancer with obstruction are still controversial.In our current study,we will discuss thesurgical treatments and summarize the progression of treatment for left half colon cancer with obstruction.
