摘　　要：加速康复外科是一种优化的围手术期的先进理念,包含一系列能够促进患者术后康复,减少手术应激及并发症,缩短住院时间,降低住院费用的措施,统称为加速康复外科(enhanced recovery after surgery,ERAS)。ERAS理念在国内外迅速兴起并在多种疾病围手术期广泛开展应用研究,但目前ERAS的普及率仍很低,这可能与外科医师和患者对这一概念的认识不足有关。本文将对ERAS理念的的进展做一综述,并将深入分析ERAS理念在结直肠肿瘤中的应用前景及意义,为ERAS在结直肠肿瘤外科中的推广应用提供数据参考,为ERAS的完善以及使更多结直肠肿瘤患者受益提供理论基础。Enhanced recovery after surgery is an advanced concept that optimizes the perioperativeperiod,including a series of measures to promote postoperative recovery,reduce surgical stress andcomplications,shorten the length of stay,and reduce the cost of hospitalization.The ERAS concept is rapidlyemerging at home and abroad and has been widely used in many kinds of diseases.However,the prevalenceof ERAS is still very low,and the lack of literature is reported in the literature,which may be related to thelack of understanding of the concept of surgeons and patients.This article will review the progress of ERAS,and further analyze the application prospect of ERAS in colorectal cancer and its significance.It will providea reference for the application of ERAS in colorectal cancer surgery,and provide a theoretical basis for theimprovement of ERAS and provide more information for patients with colorectal cancer.
