原发性闭角型青光眼术后行白内障超声乳化术的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨原发性闭角型青光眼术后行白内障超声乳化术的疗效。方法:收治原发性闭角型青光眼患者82例,均为单眼发病,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各41例,对照组给予小梁切除术后合并白内障摘除术治疗,观察组给予超声乳化术合并人工晶状体植入术治疗。结果:治疗后,两组患者视力、前房深度增加,眼压、眼房角开放程度降低(P<0.05);观察组患者视力、前房深度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者眼压、眼房角开放程度、并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:原发性闭角型青光眼术后行白内障超声乳化术的疗效显著,视力恢复得好且安全性高。Objective:To investigate the effect of phacoemulsification in patients with primary angle closure glaucoma.Methods:82patients with primary angle closure glaucoma were unilateral disease.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with41cases in each.Patients in the control group were given trabeculectomy combined with cataract extraction,while in the observation group were treated with phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation.Results:After the treatment,the visual acuity,anterior chamber depth,intraocular pressure and eye angle opening degree decreased in the two groups(P<0.05);visual acuity and anterior chamber depth of patients in the observation group were higher than in the control group(P<0.05);the intraocular pressure,eye angle opening degree and complication rate of patients in the observation group were lower than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Phacoemulsification for primary angle closure glaucoma after cataract surgery is effective,with good visual recovery and high safety.
