摘 要:目的:了解包头市第四中学学生早餐现状,为进一步改善学生营养状况提供科学依据。方法:选取包头市第四中学1 368例高中学生进行早餐现状及影响因素的问卷调查。结果:该校学生每天吃早餐比例为94.2%。早餐营养充足23.27%,较充足47.48%,不充足29.25%。学生的饮食行为与其性别、营养知识水平有关(P<0.05)。结论:该校学生早餐现状不容乐观。应广泛开展学校营养教育和学生饮食行为干预,促进学生良好的饮食行为和健康生活方式的形成。Objective:To understand the present situation of students breakfast in fourth middle school in Baotou city,in order to provide scientific basis for improving the nutritional status of students.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among1368senior high school students in Baotou,to investigate the current situation and influencing factors of breakfast.Results:94.2%of students in the school eat breakfast every day.23.27%of students take adequate nutrition from breakfast,47.48%relative adequacy,29.25%not enough.The dietary behavior of the students was related to their gender and nutritional knowledge(P<0.05).Conclusion:The breakfast situation of students in this school is not optimistic.Nutrition education and dietary behavior intervention should be carried out to promote the formation of good eating behavior and healthy lifestyle.
