摘　　要：目的:探讨抗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)药物治疗胃十二指肠球部溃疡的临床疗效。方法:收治消化性溃疡患者100例,采用阿莫西林、呋喃唑酮和奥美拉唑治疗,观察治疗效果。结果:总有效率99.0%,Hp清除率97%。结论:抗Hp药物治疗胃十二指肠球部溃疡的临床疗效显著。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of anti helicobacter pylori(Hp)drugs in the treatment of gastric duodenal bulb ulcers.Methods:100 patients with peptic ulcer were selected.They were treated with amoxicillin,furazolidone and omeprazole.We observed the therapeutic effects.Results:The total effective rate was 99%,and the clearance rate of Hp was 97%.Conclusion:The clinical effect of anti Hp drugs in the treatment of gastric duodenal bulb ulcers was significant,
