摘　　要：目的:探讨程序化细胞死亡分子5(PDCD5)蛋白在肺癌患者血清中表达的临床意义。方法:选取2013年10月-2015年12月石河子大学医学院第一附属医院(以下简称"我院")肺癌住院患者80例作为肺癌组;选取同期于我院进行体检的健康受试者60例作为正常组。采用酶联免疫吸附测定法检测各受试者血清中PDCD5蛋白的表达水平,并分析其与肺癌患者临床病理特征的相关性。结果:正常组受试者血清中PDCD5蛋白的表达水平显著高于肺癌组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肺癌患者血清中PDCD5蛋白的表达水平与其性别、吸烟史、病理类型均不相关(P>0.05),但其表达随患者肿瘤分化程度的下降而减弱,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);癌胚抗原(CEA)<5.6μmol/L的患者血清中PDCD5蛋白的表达水平显著高于CEA≥5.6μmol/L的患者,细胞角蛋白19可溶性片段(CYFRA21-1)<5.6μmol/L的患者血清中PDCD5蛋白的表达水平显著高于CYFRA21-1≥5.6μmol/L的患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Ⅰ~Ⅱ期肺癌患者血清中PDCD5蛋白的表达水平显著高于Ⅲ~Ⅳ期患者;无远处转移患者血清中PDCD5蛋白的表达水平显著高于有远处转移者,且随着转移部位个数的增多,其表达水平呈下降趋势,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肺癌患者血清中PDCD5蛋白呈低表达水平,且与肺癌患者肿瘤分化程度、CEA和CYFRA21-1等肿瘤标志物水平、肿瘤分期及远处转移等因素有关。检测PDCD5蛋白表达水平可能有助于肺癌患者的临床评估。OBJECTIVE:To investigate clinical significance of programmed cell death5(PDCD5)protein in serum of patients with lung cancer.METHODS:80lung cancer inpatients were selected from the First Affiliated Hospital of Shihezi University School of Medicine(hereinafter referred to as“our hospital”)as lung cancer group;60healthy volunteers were selected from our hospital at the same period as normal group.ELISA was used to test the expression of PDCD5protein,and the relationship of PDCD5protein with clinical pathological features of lung cancer patients were analyzed.RESULTS:The expression of PDCD5protein in normal group was significantly higher than lung cancer group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The expression of PDCD5protein in lung caner patients was not associated with gender,smoking history and pathological type(P>0.05);it was decreasedas the decrease of tumor differentiation degree,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The expression of PDCD5protein inpatients with carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)<5.6μmol/L was significantly higher than those with CEA≥5.6μmol/L;the expressionof PDCD5protein in patients with cytokeratin19soluble fragment(CYFRA21-1)<5.6μmol/L was significantly higher than those with CYFRA21-1≥5.6μmol/L,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The expression of PDCD5protein in patients withⅠ-Ⅱstage lung cancer was significantly higher thanⅢ-Ⅳstage lung cancer patients;the expression of PDCD5protein in patientswithout distant metastasis was significantly higher than those with distant metastasis.The expression of PDCD5protein was in decreasingas the increase of the number of metastasis site,with statistical significance(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS:PDCD5protein in serum of patients with lung cancer shows low expression level,which is related to tumor differentiation degree,tumor marker level as CEA and CYFRA21-1,tumor stage and distant metastasis,etc.The detection of PDCD5protein may contribute to clinical diagnosis of lung cancer.
