摘　　要：目的探讨内镜下OTSC金属夹闭合术在难治性急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血(ANVUGIB)治疗中的疗效。方法对滨州医学院附属医院消化内科2015年1月1日-2016年6月1日通过OTSC金属夹治疗的16例难治性ANVUGIB的患者进行回顾性分析。其中贲门黏膜撕裂并出血2例,胃溃疡出血7例,胃癌1例,十二指肠球部溃疡出血6例。结果 16例患者均成功的进行了内镜下止血,成功率100.0%,止血夹自安装至释放成功平均所需时间仅为5.0~6.0 min。结论 OTSC在难治性ANVUGIB患者中的治疗安全、有效,值得临床推广。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the over-the-scope-clip(OTSC)for endoscopic closure of acute refractory non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods This retrospective study selected16refractory patients,including2cases with Mallory-Weiss syndrome,7cases with gastric ulcer,1case with gastric carcinoma and6cases with duodenal ulcer,underwent OTSC treatment of acute non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding from January2015to June2016as study subjects.Results All of the16patients with bleeding lesions were successfully controlled.The successful rate is100.0%.The mean procedure of OTSC for endoscopic bleeding closure was between5.0and6.0min.Conclusion The Over-the-Scope-Clip system is safe and effective for closure of acute non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding in refractory patients,and deserves further clinical applications.
