摘　　要：目的:探讨病理性裂纹舌与临床常见病证的相关性及其临床意义。方法:对1 064例临床病例进行中医症状、体征及舌脉的评定。结果:与健康组比较,心血管、新陈代谢、消化、口腔疾病发生率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:病理性裂纹舌对心血管、新陈代谢、消化、口腔系统疾病的诊断有一定的参考价值。Objective:To investigate the correlation between pathological fissured tongue and clinical common diseases,and itsclinical significance.Methods:The clinical symptoms of1064cases were evaluated by symptom,sign and tongue pulse.Results:Compared with the healthy group,the differences in cardiovascular,metabolic,digestive and oral diseases were statisticallysignificant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Pathological fissured tongue has a certain reference value on diagnosis of cardiovascular,metabolic,digestive and oral diseases.
