帕利哌酮联合丙戊酸钠治疗脑外伤所致精神障碍攻击行为的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的探索脑外伤所致精神障碍攻击行为采用帕利哌酮联合丙戊酸钠治疗的效果,为脑外伤所致精神障碍攻击行为的治疗提供有效防范。方法从因脑外伤所致精神障碍攻击行为的患者中随机抽取出125例作为观察对象,以入院顺序为标准进行分组,其中先入院的60例患者采用帕利哌酮治疗,后入院的65例患者则采用帕利哌酮+丙戊酸钠治疗,就两组患者的治疗效果展开对比研究,运用SPSS18.0软件进行检验对比。结果观察组患者治疗1周、2周、3周、4周的MOAS评分分别为(12.0±1.7)分、(10.9±1.1)分、(8.2±1.0)分、(6.3±0.6)分;对照组分别为(14.2±2.1)分,(12.3±1.8)分、(10.6±1.4)分、(8.5±1.0)分,观察组患者均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);在用药期间的不良反应上,观察组患者的12.31%略低于对照组的15.0%,差异无统计学意义。结论对脑外伤所致精神障碍攻击行为采用帕利哌酮联合丙戊酸钠治疗的效果较好,有助于控制患者的冲动攻击行为,减轻精神病理改变,同时用药安全性高,值得在临床治疗中推广应用。Objective To explore the mental disorders caused by traumatic brain injury attacks using peary pp ketone with valproate therapy effect,For the treatment of mental disorder caused by traumatic brain injury aggression provide effective prevention.Methods125patients with mentaldisorders due to traumatic brain injury in the hospital were randomly selected as the observation object.The first60patients admitted to hospitalwith paliperidone treatment,after admission of65patients were treated with paliperidone+valproate treatment,the two groups of patients on thetreatment effect of a comparative study,using SPSS18.0software inspection comparison.Results The patients in the observation group were treatedfor1weeks,2weeks,3weeks,4weeks,the MOAS scores were(12.0±1.7),(10.9±1.1),(8.2±1.0),(6.3±0.6),in the control group were(14.2±2.1),(12.3±1.8),(10.6±1.4),(8.5±1.0),patients in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);In the adversereactions during the treatment,the observation group of patients12.31%was slightly lower than the control group15.0%,the difference was not statisticallysignificant.Conclusion The mental disorders caused by traumatic brain injury attacks using peary pp ketone with valproate therapy effectis better,can help control the patient's impulsive aggression,reduce mental pathological changes,drug safety at the same time,is worthy of popularizationand application in the clinical treatment.
