复方苦参注射液联合顺铂胸腔灌注治疗恶性胸腔积液疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨复方苦参注射液联合顺铂胸腔灌注治疗恶性胸腔积液的临床效果。方法 60例恶性胸腔积液患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予顺铂和地塞米松胸腔灌注;观察组给予顺铂、地塞米松和复方苦参注射液胸腔灌注。观察两组治疗效果、不良反应和卡氏(KPS)评分。结果观察组有效率(90.0%)高于对照组(63.3%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组骨髓抑制和恶心呕吐发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者KPS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组KPS评分为(72.5±5.1)分,明显高于对照组的(67.7±4.9)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方苦参注射液联合地塞米松及顺铂胸腔灌注治疗恶性胸腔积液疗效显著,值得借鉴。Objective To investigate clinical effect by compound Kushen injection combined with cisplatin through intrapleural infusion in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion.Methods A total of60patients with malignant pleural effusion were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with30cases in each group.The control group received cisplatin and dexamethasone through intrapleural infusion.The observation group received cisplatin,dexamethasone and compound Kushen injection through intrapleural infusion.Observation was made on curative effects,adverse reactions and Karnofsky scores(KPS)in the twogroups.Results The observation group had higher effective rate(90.0%)than the control group(63.3%),and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The observation group had lower incidence of myelosuppression,nausea and vomiting than the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).There was nostatistically significant difference of KPS score before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the observation group had obviously higher KPS score as(72.5±5.1)points than(67.7±4.9)points in the control group,and their difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of compound Kushen injection,dexamethasone and cisplatin shows excellent curative effect in treating malignant pleural effusion,and it is worth referring.
