大别山葛根总黄酮含量测定及对比分析

摘　　要：为客观了解大别山地区葛根总黄酮的含量情况,运用微波辅助提取技术检测方法,对大别山腹地人工种植葛根和自然野生葛根总黄酮进行含量测定,其结果为:人工种植组总黄酮平均含量为1.84mg/g,自然野生组平均含量为4.35mg/g,说明在葛根总黄酮利用开发方面,大别山自然野生葛根要比人工种植葛根更具有优越性。Used microwave-assisted extraction method to detect the total flavone of wild pueraria and artificial planting puerarin in Dabie Mountain.The results showed that starch content were1.43mg/g(planted)and4.35mg/g(wild),which showed that the wild pueraria was better than the planted pueraria in developing the total flavones.
