电视辅助胸腔镜手术在胸椎转移瘤治疗中的应用

摘　　要：随着肿瘤诊治水平的不断提高,肿瘤患者的生存时间不断延长,胸椎转移瘤的患病率逐年增加,其治疗方法也日新月异。电视辅助胸腔镜手术(VATS)的发展及相关技术的熟练应用,使其成为治疗胸椎转移瘤的一种有效方法。本文主要介绍VATS治疗胸椎转移瘤的入路选择和技术优势,并就其适应证和禁忌证、显露节段、开展术式、疗效比较结果、手术并发症、局限性等方面进行综述,以期为胸椎转移瘤的腔镜治疗提供参考。With the constant improvement of the level of diagnosis and treatment of cancer,survival time of patients who suffered from neoplasms have been prolonged gradually,the incidence of thoracic spinal metastases increases year by year,and its treatment also changes rapidly.The development of video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery(VATS)and its relative technology skilled application,make it a kind of effective method for the treatment of thoracic spinal metastases.In this paper,surgical approaches and technical advantages of VATS were introduced in treating thoracic spinal metastases,and the indications and contraindications,exposure segments,applied surgical procedures,comparative therapeutic effects,surgical complications and limitations were reviewed,to provide references for thoracoscopic surgery in treatment of thoracic spinal metastases.
