摘 要:对于提出的串联磁路混合励磁直线涡流制动器结构方案,研究了端部效应对其特性的影响,并建立了解析模型。首先,详细介绍了串联磁路混合励磁直线涡流制动器的基本结构和工作原理。其次,根据等效磁路法和麦克斯韦方程组推导出了串联磁路混合励磁直线涡流制动器的二维解析模型。然后,采用解析法分析了纵向和横向端部效应对涡流制动器制动力特性的影响,并通过引入一些修正系数考虑了端部效应对制动力特性的影响,得到了改进的解析模型,即三维解析模型。最后,采用三维有限元法证明了三维解析模型的准确性。结果显示,三维解析模型可以准确地预测涡流制动器的制动力特性曲线。In this paper,a series magnetic path hybrid excitation linear eddy current brake waspresented.The influence of the end effects on the eddy current brake was studied.First,the structureand the working principles of the proposed brake were introduced.Second,its analytical model wasderived using the equivalent magnetic circuit method and Maxwell equations.Then,the influence of thelongitudinal and transverse end effects on the braking force characteristic was analyzed.The modifiedanalytical model was obtained by introducing some correction factors.Finally,the modified analyticalmodel was verified using the3D finite element method.The results show that the modified analyticalmodel can predict the braking force characteristic of the proposed brake accurately.
