河南省高技术产业发展现状分析

摘　　要："十二五"时期,河南省高技术产业在规模不断扩大、出口飞速增长的同时,呈现出行业集中度和经济类型集中度提升、技术创新效率较高等特点,整体发展态势良好。但河南省高技术产业也存在一些问题,如港澳台及外资企业的R&D投入强度较低,内资企业规模偏小,劳动生产率低等。因此,各级地方政府应倡导港澳台及外资企业加大R&D投入,增强内资企业的创新效率。During the period of"the12th Five-year plan",Henan's high-tech industry scale developed continuously and the exports grew rapidly,it showed the characteristics of improved industry concentration and economic type concentration,and higher technological innovation efficiency,etc.,with good overall development trend.However,there are still some problems in the high-tech industry of Henan,such as low-intensity R&D investment of Hong Kong,Macao,Taiwan and foreign-funded enterprises,small scale of domestic enterprises,and low labor productivity.So,all levels of government should encourage Hong Kong,Macao,Taiwan and foreignfunded enterprises to increase R&D investment and enhance the innovation efficiency of domestic enterprises.
