摘　　要：本文通过对10所"211工程"大学图书馆借阅规则进行研究,探讨其服务对象、借阅期限、预约规定、馆际互借等方面。以此得出结论:1服务对象范围较窄;2借阅期限设定差异大;3实行区域互借制度。This paper discusses the borrowing rules of10"211projects"university libraries,studies their service object,borrowing period,appointment stipulation,interlibrary borrowing and so on.The policy brings us the conclusion:①narrow range of clients;②large difference of the borrowing period;③implementation of cross-regional borrowing system.
