基片集成波导仿真与教学应用研究

摘　　要：电磁场与微波技术是电子信息类专业的一门重要专业基础课,该课程具有概念抽象、计算复杂等特点。本文采用电磁仿真软件HFSS,设计并仿真了基片集成波导与慢波基片集成波导结构。结果显示基片集成波导可有效工作在16.3~35 GHz频率范围内,而相同结构的慢波基片集成波导能够降低波导通带,减小基片集成波导纵向尺寸。仿真实验表明,引入电磁仿真软件能够改革电磁场与微波技术实验教学模式,使抽象的概念形象化、直观化,提高实验教学效果。Electromagnetic field and microwave technology is an important professional basic course for electronic information major.In this paper,the electromagnetic simulation software HFSS is used to design and simulate the substrate integrated waveguide and the slow-wave integrated waveguide.The simulation results show that the substrate integrated waveguide can work effectively in the frequency range of14.7to35GHz,while the same structure of the slow-wave substrate integrated waveguide can cut down the passband of the waveguide and reduce the longitudinal size of the substrate integrated waveguide.The simulation results also show that the electromagnetic simulation software can reform the experimental teaching mode of electromagnetic field and microwave technology,make the abstract concept image and visualization,and improve the effect of experimental teaching.
