摘　　要：研制了一种花洒喷射力智能检测装置。该装置主要由花洒装夹组件、压力传感器受力组件、供水装置、电气控制柜组成。通过控制水压,在固定高度下利用高准确度压力传感器实时测量花洒喷射力。上下位机间的控制交互实现了花洒喷射力检测的实时化和智能化。系统操作简便,控制灵活,数据精准,满足澳洲标准AS 3662-2013的相关要求,填补了国内相关检测的空白。An intelligent measuring device for shower spray force is developed.The device is mainly composed of shower clamping component,loading component of pressure sensor,water supply device,and electric control cabinet.By controlling the water pressures,the shower spray force is measured at a fixed height by using high-precision pressure sensors.The control interaction between the upper control system and the underlying counterpart realizes the real-time and intelligent measurement.The system is simple,flexible and accurate,which meets the requirements of Australian standard AS3662-2013,and fills the gaps in the domestic related testing.
