摘 要:针对多品种小批量生产为求快速响应订单生产所造成的生产中"半成品库存高、成品订单准时交货率低"的问题,运用"工业4.0思想"采用现代瓶颈理论生产调度的方法,提出以成品制造为系统关键能力资源,在保证关键资源优先的前提下,安排非瓶颈资源调度。建立了以准时交货为目标的前推后拉式综合生产调度系统。最终通过对某连接器工厂实例应用验证了该调度系统的有效性和实用性。显著解决了案例中存在的延迟交货问题,降低了订单延迟率,提高了企业效益。This paper research based on muti-varieties and small batch,under the condition of the rapid response to the state of production orders"high semi-finished products inventory,low finished product order on time delivery rate".Researchers use"industrial4.0thought"the modern theory of bottleneck of production scheduling method,is put forward to finished product manufacturing key ability for the system resource,on the premise of guarantee key resources priority and scheduling of bottleneck resource scheduling rules;And then established the target on timedelivery before behind pull the integrated production scheduling system.Finally through the connector factory application verified the effectiveness and practicability of the scheduling system.Significantly to solve the problem existing in the case of delayed delivery,reduced the order delay rate,improve the benefit of enterprise.
