摘　　要：通过网上间接调研、专家咨询、电话调研及毕业生反馈等方式,对广西汽车后市场行业发展趋势、汽车后市场从业人员情况以及企业对人才需求等情况开展调研。通过对调研数据的分析和总结,找出影响汽车后市场人才发展的瓶颈问题,从而提出可行性建议,以此提升广西汽车服务类专业的办学质量。By making indirect online surveys,consulting experts,making telephone surveys and collecting the feedback fromthe graduates,the investigations over the development trend of Guangxi aftermarket automobile industry,aftermarketautomotive practitioners and enterprises’demands for talents are carried out.After analyzing the survey data andsummarizing the survey results,the bottleneck problems with the employees’professional development in the automobileaftermarket are found out,and feasible suggestions are proposed in order to enhance the Guangxi automobile servicespecialty of Guangxi automobile industry.
