基于高校科技情报的唐山农村科技服务平台建设

摘　　要：利用高校科技情报优势,服务地方经济建设具有重要意义。立足唐山农村经济发展实际,应优化科技成果转化推广的中介机制,提升高校图书馆科技情报开发和加工能力,进一步落实农村科技服务业的优惠扶持政策,建立专项资金,确保唐山农村科技服务业的健康发展。It has important strategic value and practical significance by using science and technology intelligence advantage of university to serve local economic construction.There are four aspects to promote the development of Tangshan rural science and technology service industry:(1)to establish and perfect the technology services and system,optimization the mediation mechanism of scientific and technological achievements;(2)to strengthen the service of college to local economic development;improve the development and processing capacity of scientific and technological information by college library;(3)to strengthen the government’s support,make the rural science and technology service workable;(4)to set up a special fund of Tangshan rural science and technology service industry development,strengthen the construction of modern agricultural science and technology demonstration area and modern agriculture ecological park.
