大病众筹:分享经济背景下的社会互助新模式

摘　　要：随着社会医疗需求的不断扩大,我国医疗保障制度日益暴露出许多不足和缺陷,如大病医疗覆盖项目少、保障水平低等。兹以我国现有医疗保障制度的发展现状及存在问题为社会背景,论述伴随着分享经济出现的大病众筹所具有的本质特征、运作机制和主要特点,强调其作为一种社会互助模式,是分享经济在社会慈善领域中的创新运用,这对我国慈善公益事业的发展和社会公平正义的实现具有重要意义。With the increased needs for medical care,shortcomings and defects are revealed in China's medical security system,such as the insufficient coverage of serious illnesses and the low level of patient protection. This article analyzes the current situation and problems of China's medical security system and expounds on the essential nature,operating mechanism,and main features of the medical treatment crowd funding which arose with the sharing economy. As a new model of social mutual aid,crowd-funding is an innovative application of sharing economy in the field of social charity,having significant importance for the development of China's charity cause and the realization of social fairness and justice.
