摘　　要：基于对国外相关文献的梳理和归纳,本文尝试从个人知识管理理论、个人知识管理动因、基于相关主体的个人知识管理、社交网络环境下个人知识管理及个人知识管理系统演变5个主题入手,对个人知识管理进行较全面的综述,最后对个人知识管理相关研究进行总结并探讨其未来研究趋势。Based on the analysis and summary of foreign related literatures,we try to review on personal knowledge management overall from five aspects:thetheory of personal knowledge management,the incentives of personal knowledge management,personal knowledge management on the basis of related entities,underthe circumstance of social network,the evolution of personal knowledge management system.At last we sum up the research in the domain of personal knowledgemanagement and investigate the research tendency in the future.
