血清肿瘤标记物联合检测对中医辅助治疗胃癌疗效评估的意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨血清肿瘤标记物癌胚抗原(CEA)、恶性肿瘤特异性生长因子(TSGF)、糖类抗原242(CA242)联合动态检测对中医辅助治疗胃癌疗效评估的临床意义,以期为中医药治疗胃癌提供理论依据。方法:选取100例胃癌患者为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,对照组采用手术、放化疗治疗,研究组在上述治疗基础上辅助中医药综合治疗,比对治疗前后两组血清CEA、TSGF、CA242水平变化,评估中医药辅助治疗胃癌的临床疗效。结果:两组治疗后血清CEA、TSGF、CA242水平与治疗前比较明显降低(P<0.01),且治疗后研究组血清CEA、TSGF、CA242水平与对照组比较降低更明显(P<0.05)。结论:中西医综合治疗胃癌有利于显著提高临床疗效,血清肿瘤标记物CEA、TSGF、CA242水平是评估胃癌疗效的有效客观预测指标。Objective:To discuss clinical effects of serum tumor markers carcinoembryonic antigen,tumor specific growth factor and CA242combined detection plus TCM on stomach cancer,in order to provide theoretical basis for treating stomach cancer by TCM therapies.Methods:100patients were randomly divided into the study group and control group.The control group was treated by operation as well as the radiotherapy and chemotherapy.While the study group was offered TCM therapies more.By comparing the changes of the level of CEA,TSGF and CA242in the groups before and after the treatment,clinical effects of TCM therapies on stomach cancer were evaluated.Results:After the treatment,the serum levels of CEA,TSGF and CA242in groups were obviously lower than those before the treatment(P<0.01).The serumlevels of CEA,TSGF and CA242in the study group were much lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrative medicine on stomach cancer could significantly improve clinical effects;the levels of the serum tumor markers such as CEA,TSGF and CA242are effective and objective predictors of the therapies for stomach cancer.
