摘　　要：目的:探讨胸腹腔镜联合手术治疗食管癌的价值和意义。方法:收治食管癌患者100例,随机分为试验组和对照组,各50例。对照组给予常规开胸手术切除治疗,试验组患者给予胸腹腔镜联合手术治疗。结果:试验组手术情况(淋巴结清扫、手术总用时除外)明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:胸腹腔镜联合手术治疗食管癌能够完全切除并清扫淋巴结,安全可靠。Objective:To investigate the value and significance of thoracoscopy and laparoscopic surgery in the treatment ofesophageal carcinoma.Methods:100patients with esophageal cancer were selected,they were randomly divided into theexperimental group and the control group with50cases in each.The control group were given conventional thoracotomy resection,and patients in the experimental group received thoracoscopy and laparoscopic surgery.Results:Operation condition(except forlymph node dissection and total operation)of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Thoracoscopy and laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of esophageal carcinoma is safe and reliable.It cancompletely remove and clean the lymph nodes.
