摘  要:根据国家人才强国战略和学校建设"树梁计划"的目标引领,东北大学信息学院实施《深化本科教学改革与创新计划——"树梁计划"》,创新并完善"拔尖创新型"人才培养模式,开创建立"郎世俊"自动化实验班,通过凝练本科人才培养的新理念、新目标和新模式,开展人才培养模式和管理体制的改革,不断提高本科人才培养的质量和水平,积极搭建高校高层次人才培养的平台,深入探索拔尖创新人才培养的管理培养新模式。According to the national strategy of strengthening the country with talented people and the goal of the"Shuliang Project",Northeastern University School of Information implementation"Strengthening undergraduateTeaching Reform and Innovation plan–'Shuliang Project'",Innovation and perfect the"Top Innovative Talents"personneltraining mode,and sets up"Lang Shijun"automated experimental class,through condensed new ideas new targetsand new models of undergraduate talent training,carry out reform of personnel training mode and management system,continuously improve the quality and level of undergraduate talents cultivation and actively build high-level personnel training platform,further exploration to the training management model of top innovative talents.
