摘　　要：激发大学生的创新意识,培养大学生的创新思维,提高大学生的创新能力,只靠理论知识远远不够,还必须重视实践。实践是创新最重要的源泉。作为高校教师要从以往课堂教学中的主宰者和知识灌输者,转变为组织者、引导者、协调者和促进者,注重培养学生的创新精神和实践能力。文中从创新实践指导老师的角度,从创新教学形式、实践教学方法等方面进行了初步探讨。It is not enough to stimulate students'sense of innovation,cultivate their innovative thinking and improve their ability to innovate,but also must pay attention to practice.Practice is the most important source of innovation.As a college teacher from the past to dominate in the classroom teaching and knowledge,to guide,organizer,coordinator and facilitator,pay attention to the cultivation of students'innovative spirit and practical ability.In this paper,fromthe point of view of innovation practice,the paper discusses the innovation of teaching formand teaching method.
