摘　　要：建设"双师型"实验室教师队伍对地方高校培养适合社会需要的应用型人才具有重要意义。但当前我国地方高校建设"双师型"实验室教师队伍面临着来自观念、高等教育发展战略、人才评价机制、人才选拔机制和外部资源支持等多方面的挑战与困难。为此,需要政府相关管理部门、高等学校与行业企业共同努力,协力突破"双师型"实验室教师队伍过程中所面临的诸多挑战,以实现高等教育与社会发展需要之间的相互融通促进。It is of great significance of constructing"double functions"laboratory team,for cultivating application-oriented talent who are suitable for society-needed.However,it still face some challenges in the process of constructing"double functions"laboratory team for local universities,like antiquated idea,misguided development strategy of higher education,unscientific talents evaluation mechanism,biased selected mechanism of talents and e lack of external resource support.Therefore,it need government regulators,universities and enterprises work together to overcome these difficulties,in order to form a mutually promotion situation between universities development and demand of social development.
