摘　　要：教师专业发展是医学教师教育改革的需要和方向,高校通过运用各种激励政策、措施、手段促进教师专业发展,从而提高人才培养质量。本文以云南中医学院教师发展中心实践探索为例,为现阶段高等医学院校教师专业发展提供一些思考与启示。Teachers'professional development meets the demand and direction of education reform.The high education institutions usevarious kinds of stimilution policies,Measures and methods to promote the teachers'professional development,In order to enhance the teaching quality.This article is to use the sample of the exploration practice of teachers teaching development center of Yunnan TCM University,To provide some reference and ideas to the professional development of high school teachers at the present stage.
