高校创新创业型人才“四‘YU’”培养模式探析

摘　　要：目前,"万众创新、大众创业"已成为时代的主题,大学生创新创业素质教育正如火如荼的进行着,高校也不断在培养模式方面做着积极的探索与实践。本文针对当代大学生成长、学习及成才特点,提出"四‘YU’"教学过程和教学目标相互联系的培养模式新理念,将知识传授、能力培养、自主学习和职业谋划有机的结合起来,形成"四位一体"的创新创业型人才培养新模式,并结合具体实际,阐述了学生、教师和管理部门在培养模式中应发挥的作用,对高等学校提高人才培养质量具有一定的指导意义。"The innovation,public Entrepreneurship"have been a theme of the times at present,college students'innovation and entrepreneurship education have been full swinging,colleges also have been positively explorating and practicing in training mode.In this paper,we focus on the characteristics of the growth,learning and talent of the contemporary college students,then put forward"Four'YU'"teaching process and the teaching goal of mutual connection of the training mode of new ideas.Knowledge transfer,ability training,independent study and career planning were combined to form"four in one"innovative entrepreneurial talent training new model.It was put into effect with concrete practice to demonstrate the role of students,teachers and management department in training mode and improve the quality of personnel training in colleges.
