摘  要:为了探讨参与式教学法在人体寄生虫学理论教学中的应用效果,选取本院大二临床医学生作为研究对象,对照班采用传统教学法授课,实验班在传统授课中融入参与式教学,课程结束后,比较两个班理论考试成绩及采用自制问卷调查实验班对教学效果的评价。研究显示,实验班学生分数在70分及以上的学生数明显高于对照班(χ~2=4.762,p<0.05),并有半数以上的学生认为参与式教学能够提高自学能力、解决问题的自信心及更善于倾听他人意见。由此可见,参与式教学在一定程度上有利于教学效果的提高。To explore the application of the participatory in teaching approach in the theory teaching of human parasitology.Selection of our college sophomore clinical medical students as the research object.Experimental class taught by traditional teaching which blend in participatory in teaching approach,as comparative classes taught by traditional in teaching approach.At the end of the course,compared two class theory examination results and evaluation of teaching effect by using self-designed questionnaire at the experimental classes.Research shows that experimental class students score over70points and the number of students is significantly higher than that in comparative classes(χ2=4.762,p<0.05).And more than half students think participatory in teaching approach can improve the self-learning ability,the confidence to solve the problem,and is better able to listen to others.Therefore,participatory in teaching approach is beneficial to the improvement of the teaching effect to some extent.
