摘　　要：本文总结史大卓教授在西药常规治疗基础上联合益气活血、托毒生肌中药治疗急性心肌梗死后案例二则。通过心脏超声心动图前后对比发现,益气活血、托毒生肌中药联合常规西药治疗可抑制急性心肌梗死后心房、心室的扩大,提高心脏射血分数,改善心脏功能,可为急性心肌梗死后中西药结合治疗提供借鉴。This article summarized two medical cases of Professor SHI Da-zhuo treating acute myocardialinfarction by Yiqi Huoxue Tuodu Shengji TCM therapy on the basis of conventional Western medicine therapy.Comparison of echocardiography before and after treatment showed that Yiqi Huoxue Tuodu Shengji TCM combinedwith conventional Western medicine therapy could inhibit the expansion of atrium and ventricle,improve the cardiacejection fraction and improve the cardiac function after acute myocardial infarction,which could provide references forintegrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy for acute myocardial infarction.
