奈达铂联合吉西他滨在转移性三阴性乳腺癌治疗中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的探究奈达铂联合吉西他滨在转移性三阴性乳腺癌(TNBC)治疗中的应用价值。方法对30例转移性三阴性乳腺癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,所有患者均通过奈达铂、吉西他滨联合治疗,观察患者的临床疗效及不良反应情况。结果 30例患者中,完全缓解16例(53.33%),部分缓解9例(30.00%),稳定2例(6.67%),进展3例(10.00%),治疗总有效率为83.33%。不良反应情况主要包括:贫血、中性粒细胞减少、血小板减少、恶心呕吐、腹泻、皮疹。结论转移性三阴性乳腺癌采取奈达铂、吉西他滨治疗,可达到较好的临床效果,且不会产生严重的不良反应情况。Objective To investigate application value by nedaplatin combined with gemcitabine in thetreatment of metastatic triple negative breast cancer(TNBC).Methods A retrospective analysis was made onclinical data of30patients with metastatic triple negative breast cancer.All patients received nedaplatin combinedwith gemcitabine for treatment,and their clinical effects and adverse reactions were observed.Results Amongthe30patients,there were16cases with complete remission(53.33%),9cases with partial remission(30.00%),2cases with stable disease(6.67%),and3cases with disease progress(10.00%),along with total effective ratein treatment as83.33%.Adverse reactions mainly included anemia,neutropenia,thrombocytopenia,nausea andvomiting,diarrhea,and rash.Conclusion Implement of nedaplatin combined with gemcitabine shows excellentclinical effect in treating metastatic triple negative breast cancer,without severe adverse reactions.
