学前教育专业新生职业心理教育探析

摘　　要：职业心理素质是职业素质中重要的组成部分,对学前教育专业新生开展职业心理教育十分必要。对新生开展职业心理教育的主要内容有职业动机、职业兴趣、职业性格和职业能力。学前教育专业新生的职业心理教育可以通过入学教育、园长讲座、同辈交流、自我修养等途径进行。Professional psychological quality,an integrated part of professional quality,is of necessity in carrying out professional psychological education for fresh pres-schooling majors,which includes three parts:professional motivation,professional interest and professional ability.And this kind of education can be conducted by means of entrance education,lecture by kindergarten leader,peer exchange and self-cultivation,etc.
