急性髓系白血病骨髓移植术后乳腺复发一例报告

摘　　要：异基因造血干细胞移植是目前治疗急性白血病的有效手段,但部分患者移植后容易复发,导致治疗失败。其中少部分患者表现为髓外复发,目前对髓外复发缺乏有效的治疗方法,预后较差,且单纯以乳腺复发者罕见。现报道一例急性髓系白血病骨髓移植术后乳腺复发病例,旨在提高对此类疾病的认识。Allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(Allo-HSCT)is an effective therapy for acute leukemia.But some patients with relapse after transplantation lead to treatment failure.A few patients who have extramedullary relapseafter transplantation.The treatment outcome is limited and the overall prognosis is poor.Purely in patients with mammarygland relapse is rare.One case of mammary gland relapse with acute myeloid leukemia after bone marrow transplantation isreported to to increase the understanding of such patients.
