典型“Y”形延髓梗死一例

摘　　要：延髓位于脑干下端,血供丰富,延髓内侧梗死在脑血管疾病中发病率很低,双侧延髓内侧梗死则更是罕见。双侧延髓内侧梗死主要以四肢瘫为特点,严重者可出现呼吸衰竭。磁共振弥散加权成像呈现"心"形或"Y"形外观病灶。笔者收治了1例典型的"Y"外观病灶的双侧延髓内侧梗死。The medulla oblongata is located at the lower end of the brain stem,and it has abundant blood supply.Theincidence of medial medullary infarction is low in cerebrovascular diseases.Bilateral medial medullary infarction is evenrare.Bilateral medial medullary infarction is mainly characterized by paralysis.The respiratory failure can occur in severecases.Magnetic resonance diffusion imaging can present a"heart"or"Y"shaped lesion.We treated1patient with a typical"Y"shaped bilateral medial medullary infarction.
