基于开放载体的工作过程系统化课程建构——以社会工作专业小组工作课程为例

摘　　要：在借鉴国外先进职业教育思想特别是德国工作过程导向课程的基础上,根据姜大源的工作过程系统化课程的设计理念,从社会工作者岗位需求出发,分析社会工作行业高技能人才应具备的知识、能力和素质结构,结合小组工作这门核心课程,研究工作过程系统化课程的开发思路,分析专业课程开发的基本路线。剖析岗位能力,对课程目标进行定位,选取典型学习情境,改革课程考核模式,对开放载体的课程重构进行思考与展望。Based on the advanced vocational education ideas abroad,especially the work process-oriented course in Germany.Comply with the design Ideas of systemic working process of Jiang Dayuan.View from the point of demand for social workers,Analyze the knowledge,ability,and quality of the talents with professional skills in Social work industry.Combining with the core curriculum named Team work class,Analyze the development idea of systematic working process,the basic line of the development of tourism courses was developed.Analyze the position Competency,Locate the training target,Select typical learning situations,reform the ways of assessment,Do a forward look and thinks on the course reconstruction of the open carrier.
