摘　　要：赫哲族体育舞蹈是赫哲族传统体育文化的重要组成部分,处处反映着赫哲族的民族个性与审美趣味,具有较高的传承和应用价值。文章采用文献资料法、分析法等研究方法,探讨赫哲族传统体育舞蹈在高校表演类体育课程中的传承和创新,为更好地弘扬民族传统体育文化,改进高校体育课教学内容和方法、提高课堂教学质量进行尝试和探索。The Hezhen nationality sport dance is an important part of Hezhen nationality traditional sports culture,reflect everywhere of Hezhen ethnic personality and aesthetic taste,has high transmission and application value.This article USES the literature method,analysis and other research methods,to explore the Hezhen nationality traditional sports dance performance class inheritance and innovation of sports course in colleges and universities,to better carry forward the national traditional sports culture,to try and explore for the improvement of college physical education teaching contents and methods,improving the quality of classroom teaching.
