血清同型半胱氨酸水平与颈动脉狭窄的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨脑梗死患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)与颈动脉狭窄的相关性。方法收集确诊为脑梗死的住院患者80例作为观察组,另选取80例体检者作为对照组;采用颈部血管超声测定颈动脉的狭窄程度,采取循环酶法测定血清Hcy水平,比较两组间Hcy水平、高Hcy发生率以及颈动脉狭窄程度、血管狭窄发生率,组间比较采用c2检验,并用直线相关与回归计算相关系数r。结果观察组的颈动脉狭窄发生率为87.5%,对照组的颈动脉狭窄发生率为11.25%,观察组的颈动脉狭窄发生率明显高于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的血清Hcy水平亦明显高于对照组,观察组的高Hcy发生率为72.50%,对照组的高Hcy发生率为6.25%,两组进行比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑梗死发生的重要原因是血清Hcy的高水平,且Hcy能够加速动脉粥样硬化的发生,密切监测脑梗死患者血清Hcy并进一步行颈动脉超声检查对于与预防脑梗死的复发以及预后在临床上具有一定的积极意义。Objective To investigate the relationship between serum homocysteine(Hcy)and carotid artery stenosis in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods80cases of cerebral infarction were collected from April2015to February2013in our hospital as the observation group,80cases of our hospital were selected as the control group.The degree of carotid stenosis was measured by vascular ultrasound,and the serum level of Hcy was determined by enzyme conversion fluorescence.HCY levels,Hcy incidence and stenosis of carotid artery and stenosis were compared between the two groups.The data were analyzed by SPSS18.0statistical software.And linear correlation and regression correlation coefficient r.Results In the observation group,the carotid artery stenosis rate was87.5%,in the control group,the carotid artery stenosis rate was11,25%,the carotid artery stenosis rate was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05);the observation group,the serum level of Hcy and was significantly higher than that of the contrast group,the observation group to Hcy incidence was72.50%in the control group,the height of Hcy incidence rate was6.25%.Two groups were compared with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The important cause of cerebral infarction is the high level of serum Hcy,and Hcy can accelerate the occurrence of atherosclerosis,closely monitor the cerebral infarction patients serum Hcy and further carotid ultrasound examination for prevention of cerebral infarction recurrence and prognosis in clinical has some positive significance.
