注射用胸腺肽ɑ1治疗宫颈人乳头瘤病毒感染的临床分析

摘　　要：目的研究分析注射用胸腺肽ɑ1治疗宫颈高危人乳头瘤病毒感染患者的临床疗效。方法以2013年1月~2014年1月期间在江西省鹰潭市中医院治疗的宫颈高危人乳头瘤病毒感染患者108例作为研究对象,随机分成治疗组和对照组各54例。治疗组用注射用胸腺肽ɑ1治疗3个疗程,对照组不采取任何治疗措施。观察、对比对照组和治疗组的转阴情况以及治疗总有效率。结果对照组患者中转阴20例,转阴率仅为37.04%,而治疗组患者中,转阴49例,转阴率达到了90.74%,治疗组患者转阴率显著高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(c2=9.3244,P=0.0016);对照组患者显效25例、有效18例、无效11例,总有效率为79.63%,治疗组患者显效50例、有效3例、无效1例,总有效率为98.15%,治疗组的总有效率显著高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(c2=5.8634,P=0.0196)。结论注射用胸腺肽ɑ1能有效提高宫颈高危人乳头瘤病毒感染患者的转阴率和总有效率,临床疗效显著,安全性高,值得推广应用。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of thymopolypeptidesα1for injection in the treatment of cervical human papilloma virus infection.Methods108cases of cervical high risk human papilloma virus infection were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with thymopolypeptidesα1for injection for3courses.The control group did not take any treatment.Observed and contrastedthe negative and the total efficiency of treatment of two groups.Results In the control group,seroconversion rate was only37.04%,while the treatment group was90.74%.Negative rate of the treatment groupwas significantly higher than that of the control group,difference was statistical significant(χ2=9.3244,P=0.0016);Total have efficiency in the control group was79.63%,the treatment group was98.15%.The total efficiency of treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistical significant(χ2=5.8634,P=0.0196).Conclusion Thymopolypeptidesα1for injection in the treatment of cervical human papilloma virus infectioncan effectively improve negative rate and total effective rate in cervical high risk HPV infection patients,with high clinical curative effect and safety.
