超选择插管在胆管细胞型肝癌介入治疗中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的对超选择插管在胆管细胞型肝癌介入治疗中的应用价值进行分析。方法将2015年3月~2017年2月胆管细胞型肝癌患者48例随机分两组。非超选择组采用非超选择插管进行肝癌介入治疗,超选择组采用超选择插管进行肝癌介入治疗。比较两组患者胆管细胞型肝癌治疗总有效率;治疗前后血清AFP水平;治疗前和治疗后患者肝功能相关指标的差异。结果超选择组患者胆管细胞型肝癌治疗总有效率高于非超选择组(P<0.05);治疗前两组血清AFP水平比较无显著差异;治疗后超选择组血清AFP水平改善幅度更大(P<0.05)。治疗前两组肝功能相关指标比较无显著差异;治疗后超选择组肝功能相关指标变化更小(P<0.05)。结论超选择插管在胆管细胞型肝癌介入治疗中的应用价值高,可有效改善患者血清学指标,对肝功能损伤小,对患者预后有益,值得推广应用。Objective To super selective catheterization application value in the treatment of cholangiocarcinoma were analyzed.Methods The patients in March2015-2017year in February48cases of cholangiocarcinoma were randomly divided into two groups.The non superselective group using non superselective catheterization for interventional treatment of liver cancer,superselective group by super selective catheterization interventional therapy of hepatocellular carcinoma.Compared with two groups of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma of bile duct cells treatment efficiency;serum AFP levels before and after treatment;differences related indicators of liver function of patients before and after treatment.Results Super selective bile duct cells in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma treatment group total efficiency is higher than that of the non superselective group(P<0.05);the serum AFP level before treatment between the two groups had no significant difference,after the treatment of super selective serum levels of AFP group were improved more significantly(P<0.05).before the treatment of liver function related indexes of the two groups were no significant difference,after the treatment of super selective indexes related to liver function of the group changed smaller.Conclusion Superselective catheterization in cholangiocarcinoma interventional clinical application value is high,can effectively improve the patients'serum index,liver function damage,beneficial to the prognosis of the patients,it is worthy of popularization and application.
